Libraries connect OKC’s diverse communities with resources and educational experiences, offering free access to technology, learning resources and community programs for all ages. Funding for library projects includes repairs to five libraries, expansion at the Ralph Ellison Library, building a new library in west Oklahoma City, and expansion of exhibit and archival space at the Clara Luper Civil Rights Center.
