  • Traffic Operations Command Center at SW 15th St and S Portland Ave
  • Covered parking for City equipment at SW 15th St and S Portland Ave
  • Construction of new roadways and parking at SW 15th St and S Portland Ave
  • Concrete panel replacement at SW 15th St and S Portland Ave
  • Building 1 - household hazardous waste facility (replacing HVAC units and upgrading flooring)
  • Building 2 - field services (replacing HVAC units)
  • Building 3 - training center (replacing HVAC units and upgrading lighting to LED)
  • Building 4 - streets administration building (replacing HVAC units and upgrading lighting to LED)
  • Building 5 - crew room (replacing HVAC units and upgrading lighting to LED)
