The Consolidated Plan outlines the City’s housing and community development needs, which then inform priorities for four major HUD grant programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA).
The City’s Consolidated Plan is updated every five years. The Plan represents a strategic vision for federal grant funding in Oklahoma City and is used to guide decision-making on which activities are funded each year. While there isn't enough funding to address all of the housing and community development needs, we want to know what residents care about the most.
